I wish people see how Jabra is scamming people and how the only part where they receive your money is the only part they have some sort of functionality. Everything they tell you is a lie. I ordered headsets with $25 dollars fee express delivery and haven’t received them in 1 day as they said I would. It’s been 4 days when I got them finally. The headsets aren’t the ones I ordered so I called to return them. They told me I have 30 days of return window. I keep calling them everyday and sending emails but they keep telling me that they’ll send the return instructions. It’s been 10 days now and they no longer answer my calls or return my emails. I’d say they’re scamming people and I’m going to contact my credit card company to report a fraudulent service. The service wasn’t delivered as agreed to and no one is available to talk to. Unbelievable!
My experience with Jabra has been a huge disappointment. I placed my order b/c it said one day delivery. I did NOT recieve the product on time and wasn't given any updated info on the delay. When I called and found out they couldn't give me a delivery date due to mail delays I considered cancelling the order. Alicia didn't seem to mind but when I spoke to a supervisor, Christina, she offered a 40% disc. for the troubles if I kept my order. I thought that was a nice offer however, my order had already been cancelled before she could salvage it. Instead of getting back to me the same day they notified me the next day and sent me an email with the item in the cart. The item was NOT in the cart so I had to call to get a discount code. When I went to apply it I now find out the headset is backordered for 2-3 weeks. This is some of the worst customer service I have received. If they had notified me yesterday and I had been able to reorder yesterday then maybe this could have been avoided. Now after months of research they say maybe I can pick out another headset. CLICK! You've lost me now! I won't ever use a Jabra headset. I shouldn't have to tell you how to do your job but clearly you should have called your warehouse or someplace to find me a replacement headset after this debacle. There are many other retailers that would love to get my $400 purchase.

Extremely poor support and not helpful. Sent at least 5 email and no reply.
Excellent headphones until they break down. Then you have to wait 3 months for the replacements. Little or know contact to let you know what is going on.
Prepare to be chasing them for info
They replied to my emails pretty fast at first but after 2 days it seems like they've completely ghosted me. My right earbud is dead. And I'm waiting on my warranty claim which they seem to be completely ignoring.
Got them (Jabra elite 75t) for my birthday, they work well on my phone. Did not know that they were such a pain to attempt to also use on my desktop, as after i went out and spent 40$ getting a bluetooth dongle, they apparently only work decently with their own special made one. Unlucky.
Buy if you want a good product to use with one device, buy literally anything else if you were hoping you could use it for everything.
The product is very good. My earbuds 75T elite had a problem and I wanted to excercise my warranty and get a replacement set. Jabra could not have made it any more difficult to the point where I told them, “ok you win”. I eventually got my replacements but it took weeks. And you thought congress was slow ? Jabra must have taught them the filibuster.

I have a Jabra Evolve 65 headset, but the speaker disconnected from the headband. I haven't used this product frequently. So, the fact that it came apart so quickly shows the poor quality of the product. I called customer service regarding the issue, but customer service informed me that it was out of warranty ( it's only 3 months out of the warranty period). I sent the representative pictures of the headset so that she can see that it was clearly defective. Instead of replacing it they offered a 40 percent off coupon, why would I want to do business with a company that does not stand by their product?
Do not purchase from Jabra if you actually want a product to be delivered. I ordered earbuds on the 20th Dec. 44 days later they have still not arrived and i do not have a plausible answer as to why. Jabra use UPS and their tracking notification has changed to show "delayed" at least 6 times. when chased with Jabra i was told UPS hadn't even picked them up yet. Furious is an understatement.

Save yourself the hassle and put your money elsewhere.
It is extremely disappointing that after 3 months of troubleshooting a brand new product, the product and customer service have not delivered what was promised. This is the second Jabra headset I have owned, because I believed in their product, especially with price and brand notoriety.
1. purchased first in January 2020
2. Contacted support in August 2020 for buzzing and connectivity issues.
3. replaced September 2020
4. Contact support October 2020 - January 2021 for same buzzing and continued connectivity issues.
The first had to be replaced because it had a USB dongle, connecting through a port to my USB-C computer. Less than a month later, I was in contact with their support team again, to troubleshoot a continued failed connection between my headset and computer. The headset transferred a buzzing sound to anyone on my calls. Volume settings were also uncontrollable. When transferring from listening to music to a call, the microphone would fail. Even in the middle of a call, I would have to power down the headset and turn back on, causing a 5 minute waste of call time.
I had also contacted them about how my device charging port was no longer working, so Javier over phone support, let me know he’d be sending a new one to be delivered before the end of December. It is now middle of January, and I have not received my replacement.
Jabra products are complete trash. you won't get a full year out of them. audio quality will decline greatly one ear bud may reduce to a whisper in your ear at max volume. and to deal with customer support is just as much of a joke as this crap product itself. Please choose any other ear buds than jabra and you will infinitly be in better hands.

I just bought the "Jabra Elite Active 75t Earbuds - Grey" on their website and I feel scammed. When searching for the product that is the exact title of the product. However when you click the search result you get redirected to the product page and suddenly the title has changed to "Jabra Elite Active 75t Replacement Earbuds". Notice "Replacement"... One of the three images features the charging case as well, so one might conclude that those are of cause included. Apparently that is a wrong assumption and I noticed that after waiting for the package to arrive. Even the confirmation email list the product name as: "Jabra Elite Active 75t Earbuds - Grey" notice replacement isn't included here...
You have to order the case separately for $50, and if you contact their support they immediately offer you 20% discount. They can only be doing this scam on purpose.
I just want to clarify that I usually would not mind not getting a charger if it is a common USB charger. However this is not the case here, the whole product requires their own special charging case in order to function at all...
